Instructions for Garlic barderet Turkey Breast
To prepare the Garlic barderet Turkey Breast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut some sections in Turkey Breast. Place the garlic, bacon, sundried tomatoes and Basil in the sections. Brown Turkey Breast at 225 degrees c. alm. oven for about 15 minutes.
Turn the oven down to 180 degrees c. alm. oven, add the broth and let the Turkey Breast Cook for 35-40 minutes. Pour broth over roast at regular intervals.
When there are 10 mins left of frying time add the chopped tomatoes, piskefløden and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Take the roast and let it rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the sauce with a hand blender, and warmed through.
