3Tomatoes

50gYogurt
600gBoiled, baked or steamed garfish
75gPickled cucumbers

Instructions for Garfish salad

To prepare the Garfish salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pick the fish in smaller pieces. Divide tomatoes in quarters, scrape kernels and juice and chop tomato meat into smaller pieces.

Chop the pickled cucumbers well. Chop the parsley well.

Mix mayonnaise and drip yogurt. Taste with tomato sauce, peppers, tabasco, lemon juice, chopped pickled cucumber, and salt and pepper.
