1.5 | tbsp | Sugar |

Instructions for Fruit omelette
To prepare the Fruit omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 230 degrees C.
Whip 2 egg yolks, flour, baking powder, salt and 3 tablespoons. of the milk until the mixture is smooth. Whip the rest of the milk in.
Beat the 4 egg whites with 1 tablespoon. sugar in another bowl until they are stiff. Carefully turn over the first half of the egg whites into the egg mixture and then the rest. Style mixture aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan that can tolerate to get in the oven. Add the Apple and pear, the rest of the sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and FRY for 5 minutes.
