Instructions for Frikadeller with stewed cauliflower
To prepare the Frikadeller with stewed cauliflower recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the meat with salt. Add pepper, egg and possibly. grated onion. Add the milk a little at a time. Then stir the flour. Leave the dad to rest in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes.
Take the leaves of the cabbage, rinse them and cut them well. Pick the cabbage in bouquets. Season the green leaves in butter approx. 5 minutes. Stir in flour and sprinkle with broth or water. Simmer 5 minutes and add the cauliflower bouquets. It all simmer for 10-15 minutes until it's tender. Season with mushrooms, salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped parsley on serving.
Form the father with a spoon to about 16 meatballs. Brown them on a forehead in golden butter with good heat approx. 2 minutes on each side. Turn down to medium heat and fry the dishes to approx. 4 minutes on each side until they are completed.
