Instructions for Fried rice with tenderloin

To prepare the Fried rice with tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into strips (about 1 x 4 cm.) Heat the oil in a wok. Chop onion, chili and garlic. Put it in the oil with the meat for approx. 2 min. Mix rice, dough, soy and fish sauce in a bowl and pour it to the meat. Stir in the wok and step for approx. 5 min. Cut the onions in slices and turn them together with chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Take care with the salt, the fish sauce is also quite salty.
