Instructions for French flütes
To prepare the French flütes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour lukewarm water in a bowl stir yeast and stir the crumbs-good in. Add the oil and salt. Com so approximately 6 dl wheat flour in-Add the flour to the dough is fine. Knead the dough well in through. Style it to uplift.
Tips:
Let dough raise under a warm, damp Tea towel-ca. 10 min. form about 16 small oblong, flütes. Set on wax paper on a plate. Let them raise about 15 min. bake in oven-which is warmed up-200 degrees-about 15 mins. Eggs or water for brushing.
