1tbspFine salt
1lCold water
2dlRASP oil
2000gWheat flour
3tbspSugar

Instructions for French buns

To prepare the French buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yeast is mixed in the cold water. Sugar, oil, salt and lastly the flour is added. The dough is kneaded into a ball in my 5 min. Dough rest about 8 hours or until the next day.

The dough is beaten down and shaped into buns approx. 35 paragraph brushed with water.

Dough balls resting on a greased plate and bake for 20 minutes, then 15 minutes at 225 degrees C.

Tips:
If the dough balls will be used for the madbrød can they sprinkled with oregano-if they are to be used for the birthday can 150 g 100 g raisins and nuts added.
