Ingredients for Foccacia bread
Rosemary, dried | ||

2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Durummel |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Water |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Foccacia bread
To prepare the Foccacia bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the yeast with hand warm water, sugar, salt, rosemary, olive oil and durum flour. Leave it to stand for about 30 minutes until it begins to bubble.
Add almost all wheat flour and start kneading.
Put it on the table and knead more flour in, the dough must be soft and it must be kneaded until it is elastic.
Put the dough in an oiled bowl - turn it around so that oil gets on all sides of the dough. Let the dough rise for an hour.
Roll the dough on a large plate (I used baking paper) almost on the size with the baking sheet.
Lay the dough over the baking sheet and brush it with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Repeat the dough for about 1/2 hour.
Sprinkle salt and rosemary over and make some small dumps in the dough with your thumb.
Pour the bread in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven until it is golden brown.
