0.5 | dl | Green olives, sliced |
0.5 | can | Chopped tomatoes |
1 | clove | Finely chopped garlic |
1 | glass | Karo's marinated feta (ca. 300 g.) |
2 | tsp | Coarse salt |
2 | tsp | Oil from karo's marinated feta |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
4.5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
650 | g | Durummel |
70 | g | Concentrated tomato puree |
Instructions for Flat buns with tomato stuffing
To prepare the Flat buns with tomato stuffing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flat muffins: melt the butter in a saucepan and add the water. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir first yeast out herein and then sugar, salt and 2 tsp. by durummelet. Pour the Feta cheese to drain in sieve-save a little of the oil. Pressure depressions in dough balls and brush with oil. Advantage first tomato fill then olive and finally cheese cubes on the flat buns. Behind them in the middle of the oven for the cheese is golden brown (about 20 minutes at 225 degrees)
