To prepare the Flakbread with sift flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat, add the milk and allow it to warm up. Stir the yeast out in the warm moisture. Add the syrup and salt. Mix the flour in a couple of times until the dough has the correct consistency. Serve it well and set it up for 45 minutes. Divide the dough into three pieces and roll each to a long sausage. Lay the three sausages side by side and flatten them together. Put the bread in a well-worn form and allow it to adhere to 15 min. Brush with egg and baking bread for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Take it out of shape and behind it another 5 min.
