Ingredients for Flødrekartofler
Freshly ground pepper | ||

1 | l | Mornay sauce (12%) (less% can safely be used;-)) |
1 | bag | Grated cheese |
1 | Large onion | |
1500 | g | Potatoes |
375-400 | g | Mushroom |
4 | Garlic |
Instructions for Flødrekartofler
To prepare the Flødrekartofler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Approx. 1½ kg. potatoes
1 large onion.
4 garlic
375-400 g. Mushroom
1 l. Mornay sauce (12%) (less% can certainly be used ;-))
Salt, freshly ground pepper, peppers.
1 bag of grated cheese
Oil for garlic.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Cut the slice into smaller slices.
Clean the mushroom and season them in oil / margarine
Bring oil into a cup and squeeze garlic into the cup and stir well.
Distribute half of the potatoes in a refractory dish.
Distribute the fried mushrooms and onions over the potatoes.
Salt, pepper and peppers are sprinkled over
Stir well in the cup with garlic and spread over potatoes, onion and garlic.
Distribute the last potatoes and bring the Mornay sauce over.
Turn on the oven at 180-200 degrees and put the potatoes in the middle groove for approx. 60 min.
When the potatoes have been in for about 30 min. Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes.
tips:
Tastes wonderful to eg. Smoked ham, or glazed ham. BON APPETITE.
