1/2tspGrated nutmeg
1/2lSauce naturel
200gLasagne sheets
450gFrozen whole spinach (1 kg fresh)
50gGrated cheese (URf.eks. samsø or mozarella)
600gFilleted fish, URf.eks. cod, coalfish, or trout

Instructions for Fiskelasange

To prepare the Fiskelasange recipe, please follow these instructions:

Take the spinach out of the freezer in the morning and let it thaw in the fridge or wipe it in a saucepan. Cut the fish fillet into thin slices.

Whip the egg together with the nutmeg into the finished sauce.

Put the lasagna in layers in a square oven-proof dish: Sovs, lasagna plates, fish, lasagne plates, spinach, sauce, plates, fish, plates, spinach and sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish layers.
