EVS. a little chilli pepper
Freshly ground pepper
Sea salt
Lime
Chives
Salt
½dlCream 13%
1largeEggs
1tbspOil for brushing
1dlBreadcrumbs
1tbspButter
1-1½dlHot mini milk
1-2tbspPure of soltøret tomato
400gBaking potatoes
400gCarrots, parsnips or celery
500gCod fillet

Instructions for Fish steak with root crops (low fat)

To prepare the Fish steak with root crops (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fishbowl: Blend the fish with the other ingredients in a food processor. Share and shape the dad for 8 steaks. Place them on a plate of baking paper, grease them with oil and bag them at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Turn and butter the fish pans and leave for another 15 minutes after thickness.

Coarse root crops: Peel and cut all root vegetables into smaller pieces and cook them. Dip and pour back into the pan. Mash them roughly and whip with milk into a mash of appropriate consistency. Season with butter, salt and pepper.
