Instructions for Finnish bread
To prepare the Finnish bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter and flour into a grainy mass. Add sugar and knead the dough together. It seems somewhat gritty in the beginning, but accumulates quickly. Set the dough ½ hour on ice. The tril in finger-thick rods and cut them into 3-4 cm long pieces. Mix the ground almonds and Pearl sugar on a plate.
