Instructions for Filon bread 02
To prepare the Filon bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast out of the water (the water must be slightly colder than lukewarm max 25 degrees) salt, durum flour and wheat flour are mixed together and add a little at a time while kneading.
Put the dough in a clean bowl, brushed with olive oil.
Cover the bowl with a film and let it rise in the fridge for 8-12 hours.
Put the dough on a crispy table and divide it into 2 pieces. Each piece is shaped into a bread. About 10x25 cm. The ends are twisted so they get angry.
Place the loaves on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Stir the bread with 3 slices of rye before penles with oil. After that, the loaves are covered with film and after 1½ to 2 hours at room temperature to double size.
The bread is put into a 220 degree hot oven and sprinkled with water from a nebulizer 8-10 times. Then heat the heat to 180 degrees and baking the bread for 30-40 minutes.
tips:
The breads are frozen, but must be frozen the same day they are baked. After defrosting the loaves, sprinkle with a little water and heat in the oven.
