25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Chopped almonds |
50 | g | Margarine |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Filled wheat bread
To prepare the Filled wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk and margarine lunes and pour into a bowl. The yeast is crumbled and stirred. Add salt, sugar, egg and wheat flour and knead the dough until it is smooth and easily let go of the bowl. The dough was kneaded through the table until it was soft and smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with a little flour. The dough is put in the bowl and a dish is laid over. The dough is placed in a tilted place for approx. 60 minutes.
The dough is thrown down and rolled out in a square of approx. 30x30 cm. The dough is divided into 3 pieces each 10 cm. On the middle piece lather the orange juice and sprinkle almonds. The sides are cut obliquely for approx. 1½ cm. Wide strips. The strips are flipped over the fill, alternating from right and left. A baking form approx. 1½ l. Lubricate with margarine or wrap with baking paper. The braided bread is carefully placed in the mold and a dish is laid over. Adheres to a warm place approx. 30 minutes. Brush with coiled egg.
Instead of braiding the bread, the dough can be rolled out into a rectangle folded over the filling.
The oven is heated to 200 degrees. A refractory bowl of water is placed at the bottom of the oven. The bread is baked on the bottom oven rib ca. 30 minutes.
The finished bread is a bit in shape before turning to a bakery baker for cooling.

The bread can be filled with other kinds of marmalade depending on taste.
