1 | dl | Milk |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Water |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Margarine |
360 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Femkorns buns
To prepare the Femkorns buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water and seeds in a pan. Pour it into a bowl, came the margarine and milk in. Let it cool until it is lukewarm.
Stir in salt and yeast into the bowl. Stir in the flour a little at a time. Knead the dough well, first in the bowl and finally on the table. Set the dough to uplift in 40 minutes.
Knead the dough again, shape it into buns and set them on a plate with baking-paper. Let the dough balls to raise again in 20 minutes.
Behind the dough balls in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
