Ingredients for Favorite pot

Pain riche
1canned(125 g) sliced mushrooms
1canned(2 ½ cups) crushed tomatoes
1Carrot
1tbspButter or margarine
1tspThyme
2tbspWheat flour
20gBacon, smoked pork or ham
200gPearl onions
3-4Spring onions
5dlDry red wine (or 2 ½ dl of red wine + 2 ½ cups beef broth)
500gLean, tender beef, such as inner thighs

Instructions for Favorite pot

To prepare the Favorite pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
