To prepare the Fat burning Kuren recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season with salt (broth cubes are also salty), pepper, strong curry, parsley (sprinkle the parsley chopped over each serving, each serving fresh parsley) and a little hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce.

Just this day, your body needs potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to reduce the desire for sweet stuff. 5th day Beef and tomatoes. As much as 3-400 grams of beef and a can of tomatoes - or six fresh - today. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water to rinse the uric acid out of the body. Eat soup at least once today. 6th day Beef and vegetables. Eat all the beef and vegetables you want today. Eg. 2-3 steaks together with green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. Eat soup at least once today. 7th day Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. Again - eat as much as you like. Eat the soup at least once today. If you have not cheated on the diet, you will have lost 4.5-8.5½ kg after seven days. If you have lost more than 7½ kg, take a break for two full days before starting the diet again from Day 1. This seven-day dining plan can be used as often as you like. If you follow it properly, it will cleanse your system for impurities and give you a sense of well-being that you have not felt before. After only seven days of this program you will have plenty of energy. Continue with the diet for as long as you like and as long as you feel the difference. This diet is fast-fat burning and the secret is that you burn more calories than you consume. NOTE: You should not drink alcoholic beverages at any time due to the removal of fat deposits in your system. You must have stopped the diet for at least 24 hours before drinking alcohol again. As each person's digestive system is different, the diet has different effects on the individual. After the 3rd day you will have more energy than you started - if you have not cheated. After you have been on the diet for several days you will find that your bowel movement has changed. Eat if. A cup of fibercloth.
