1tbspHoney
1dlPlain yogurt
100gFlax seed
150gWheat flour
2tspSalt
4dlWater
400gWhole wheat flour or wholemeal spelt flour
50gYeast

Instructions for Fast fiber buns

To prepare the Fast fiber buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Pour yogurt of natural and water into one
Bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt,
Honey, grahamsmel and flax seed. Tube
Wheat flour in the dough slightly at a time and stir,
Until the dough is soft and well glued.
2. Distribute the dough (use 2 spoonfuls if necessary)
