1-2 | tbsp | Milk |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
150 | g | Corn flour |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Yogurt or a38 |
Instructions for Fast corn bread
To prepare the Fast corn bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat flour, corn flour and baking soda are mixed in a bowl. Add salt, honey, oil, yoghurt and egg and knead the dough or stir. Milk is added until the dough has a moist consistency. A little flour was sprinkled on the table and the dough was poured through. The dough is printed on baking paper or greased baking sheet in a circle the size of a large dinner plate.
The oven is heated to 200 degrees. The bread is baked on the middle oven rib 12-18 minutes. The baking time depends on how thick the dough is rolled out.
The finished corn bread is cooled to a baker.
