Instructions for Farsized veal breast

To prepare the Farsized veal breast recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the chopped meat with rasp, egg and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Garlic, parsley and thyme. Wide the chest, season with salt and pepper, benefit the filling and roll the chest together over the filling. Stretch with cotton yarn or close with meat needles. Brown the breast on all sides of golden fat in the frying pan. Put the browned meat in a frying pan, add broth and white wine and season a spice pie of parsley, thyme and bay leaf. Cover with foil and cook the meat in the oven at 175 degrees approx. 2½ hours. Put the roast in a pan and bring to a boil. Add cream and smooth sauce easily. Color it with color if necessary. Cut the meat into slices and serve it with sauce, oven baked potatoes and purified celery.
