Ingredients for Entrecôte with herbs

Thyme | ||
1 | tbsp | Chopped tarragon |
1 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
1 | Garlic cloves | |
1,5 | dl | White wine |
2 | tbsp | Chopped scalotteløg |
600 | g | Fat marbled entrecôte |
Instructions for Entrecôte with herbs
To prepare the Entrecôte with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pressure entrecôten a bit out, so it will be approx. 5 cm thick. Salt and pepper the well.
Rose has the piece of butter to it get the desired color, slightly pink inside.
Tag has the piece out of the pot and keep it warm.
Put scalotte the onions and the garlic into the Pan and let it FRY for a moment. Then add the white wine and a pinch of thyme. Let Cook together for circa half the quantity.
Add the herbs and a big dollop of butter. Stir. Pour sauce over has the piece. Slice the meat at the table.
