1/2 | tsp | Salt |

25 | g | Almonds |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for English rice budding
To prepare the English rice budding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook rice, salt, sugar and milk about 40 min. For quite weak heat. Smash and chop the almonds and stir them together with butter. Let the porridge cool a little and stir the egg yolks.
Whip egg whites stiff, turn them into the ground and fill it in a greased ovenproof dish, put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. At 200 degrees, mediumest ribs.
Serve hot or cold with fruit compote
