Instructions for English chocolate muffin
To prepare the English chocolate muffin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start melting the butter and let it cool off.
Eggs and sugar are whipped (very sugar makes the cakes special), mixing vanilla sugar, salt, cocoa, chocolate, flour and finally the melted - but cooled - butter.
The dough is spread into 12 lubricated muffin or lentils, placed in a small pan or alu dish.
Bake at low heat, 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 25-30 min. At the long back time, the cakes are marvelous! The cakes are taken out, they sink a little together.
When they are almost cold, they are taken from the molds and brushed with the confused chocolate glass and decorated with sliced almonds.
