Instructions for Emperor soup
To prepare the Emperor soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash leek and cut it into thin rings. Remove kernels from peberfrugten and cut it into slices. Sauté mushrooms and vegetables easy in the fat, sprinkle the flour over and infants with broth, little by little. Let the soup boil about 15 mins.
Season with spices and wine. Beat the egg yolk into the cream and got it in the soup. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Served with salty crackers or crisp bread with cheese.
