To prepare the Elham gluten-baked French bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the milk and pour it into a serving dish. Dissolve the yeast in it and then salt, sugar and margarine. Pour the flour in, remember the flour must have room temperature. Knead well through to the dough release. Cover the dough and allow to raise in a warm place to double size.
Take the dough up and portion it into two and form two balls. Then turn these flat. Fold the dough together and roll them separately to two sausages. Placed in greased sensatio. For freestanding broke on the greased plate. Raises the bar again to double in size after which dejene swabbed and chop at the top.
Bake in hot oven 30-40 minutes. The first 5-10 minutes very warm approximately 250 degrees c. Later slightly less ca. 225 degrees C.
