0.5tbspOil (or vegetable oil)
1pinchSalt
1tspCumin seeds
1tspThyme
2Eggs
2tspMarjoram

Instructions for Egg-snack

To prepare the Egg-snack recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, and stir well into the mixture with a fork, so all the spices are distributed. Came some butter in a pan and let it melt on the Mediterranean heat, pour egg mixture in the Pan, and stir well with a wooden spoon in it, so the eggs will turn into a kind of large crumbs.

Tips:
Served on wholemeal rye bread with butter. * The spices can be switched out with others and added in greater or lesser quantities. It is of course a matter of taste:)
