Instructions for Egg sandwich
To prepare the Egg sandwich recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the egg in 9 minutes, then take it off and let it cool for a few minutes. So hoes you egg into pieces and comes in a bowl.
Add cottage cheese, chives, curry powder, salt and pepper, stir it all well together and season to taste.
Put the filling on the two slices of bread, and put the other two slices on top of which lid. Press it lightly together and cut it from corner to corner so that it turns into 2 triangles.
Wrap them and style a bit in the fridge, so they will be a bit more spongy!
