0.5 | dl | Oil |
1 | tbsp | Birkesød or sugar |
1.5 | bag | Jyttemel (ca.) |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
50 | g | Yeast |
9 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Easy muffins
To prepare the Easy muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast and lukewarm water is stirred together. The rest is added and stirred and kneaded well. Put not all jytte flour in at once, but gradually. Maybe use a little less or a little more of it be made snug for uplift. for 1 hour. Formes to buns and baked in 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Be baked by hot air! Can be stored for a few days, but tastes best heated. They are great for bla. soups and lunches. They can also be used as lucia buns/lucia cats-then shall add turmeric.
