125 | g | Margarine |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
3 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
500-700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Easy muffins!
To prepare the Easy muffins! recipe, please follow these instructions:
margarine is melted and cooled with the milk.
dissolve the yeast in it, the other ingredients are added. The dough is kneaded well.
Let EVS. the dough to rest for 10 minutes as it is a little greasy. the dough is shaped into buns and raises the finished on the plate in about 30 min.
Buns brushed with the beaten egg.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees
Tips:
Sprinkle, if desired. a little 5-grain mixture in addition to the penslede buns!
