Instructions for Easter rabbits
To prepare the Easter rabbits recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter, add the milk and warm up to approx. 37 degrees. Whip the eggs and warm the mixture up to approx. 37 degrees. Crumble the yeast into the bottom of a dough dish and pour the dairy mixture over. Stir until the yeast is dissolved and add salt, sugar and most of the flour. Bring it all together into a uniform, smooth dough. Put a dish over and set aside a warm place for approx. 30 minutes or until the dough has reached a double size. Slowly pour the dough into a floured table. Add the remaining flour if the dough is loose and moist. Divide the dough into 20 pieces and shape them into hare buns, with big ears. Set them to the toppings-covered-on a baking sheet for approx. 20 minutes. Bake them light brown at 200 degrees for approx. 7 minutes.
When the hares are chilled a bit, they decorate with shredded slices of almonds, halved, black olives and small strips of red peppers like nose. Glue the glue with a little butter.
