To prepare the Doireann PEAR tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumbling margarine in the flour, add the sugar, vanilla, ginger and salt. The dough come together with eggs, and the rest cold ½ hour.
Brush with water and sprinkled with sugar.
Bake in oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 40 minutes.
