Instructions for Different meatballs II

To prepare the Different meatballs II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rasp, oatmeal, salt and pepper pour into a bowl. The water is poured over.

When the water has soaked rasp and oatmeal add the other ingredients and the whole is well mixed together
