Instructions for Dessert chocolate cake 02
To prepare the Dessert chocolate cake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and chocolate are melted and cooled. Egg yolks and 3/4 of sugar are whipped white. The egg whites are whipped stiff and then add the last sugar while still whipping.
The melted butter and chocolate are stirred with egg yolks, which in turn are carefully reversed with the pinch egg whites.
3/4 of the cream is poured into a greased spring form and baked at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes. Remove the cake and cool.
The last cream poured over the cooled cake, then sprinkled with cocoa.
