25 | g | Yeast |
420 | g | Durummel |

Instructions for Delicious white bread
To prepare the Delicious white bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour hand warm water into a bowl. Crumble the yeast and stir until it is unresolved. Add salt, durum wheat flour and 3 dl of wheat flour and work the dough heavily through.
Add more flour if needed. Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and allow to rise to double size for about 40 minutes.
Put the dough and put it on a floured table and knead it smoothly. Divide the dough into two pieces and shape each piece into a loaf of bread. Place them on a greased plate and leave them under a cloth for about 20 minutes.
Brush the bread with water and bag them at 275 degrees C. alm. Oven on the bottom groove for about 20 min. If you want a soft crust you can brush the loaves with a little water after baking.
