Instructions for Delicious Rock Broke
To prepare the Delicious Rock Broke recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and flour is ground together. Salt and sugar added. Dissolve the yeast in a little of the lukewarm milk and pour in the batter along with the rest of the milk. The dough is kneaded. Highlights covered in a warm place for about 35 minutes.
Kneaded and rolled into a sausage, cut into 14 equal-sized pieces. Each piece rolled into an oval loaf of bread placed on a greased plate. Each bread is cut with scissors, 5-6 sloping notches. Loaves after raises uncovered on a warm place for about 25 minutes.
