Ingredients for Delicious low fat buns
1 | tsp | Salt |
100-200 | g | Wheat flour |
150 | g | Rye flour |
2 | dl | Milk |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | dl | Water |
350 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Durummel |
75 | g | Flax seed |
Instructions for Delicious low fat buns
To prepare the Delicious low fat buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and flaxseed mix and stand one hour. Then lunes the milk and the yeast is put in.
Then mix the water with flax seed in the bowl followed by the rest of the ingredients. (The flour is used to make the dough not sticky) then the balls are shaped and placed on a baking sheet for 30 minutes. Brush with egg. After which they are cooked by hot air 180 degrees on the middle shelf for 15-20 minutes depending on how big you make the balls.
