10 | g | Desiccated coconut |
2 | tbsp | Real butter |
30 | g | Nuts |
300 | g | Groats and flakes |
Instructions for Delicious flagecrunch
To prepare the Delicious flagecrunch recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the nuts roughly and mix the coconut and graze into them.
Melt butter and honey together on a high-browed pan. When the butter mixture is flushed up pour grits and flakes on and turn it vigorously until all grits and flakes are glazed and light golden. Make sure to get it completely at the bottom every time, as the crunch will otherwise be burnt.
When the flakes are golden, sugar and nutmeg sprinkle on and stir for a few minutes and then pour the crunch on a piece of baking paper to cool off. Once completely cooled, it is poured into a container and ready for use.
