150 | g | Butter |

2 | tbsp | Cold strong coffee |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
250 | g | Icing sugar |
3 | dl | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |
4.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Delicious chocolate cake with coffee glass
To prepare the Delicious chocolate cake with coffee glass recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven to 225 degrees (oven). Whip egg and sugar white and foaming. Pour the milk in.
Mix flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Stir the flour mixture with the whipped eggs. Melt the butter and stir it with the dough.
Pour the dough into a 20 x 30 cm long cake molded with baking paper. Pour the cake in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-15 min.
The glaze: Melt the butter and stir the flour, coffee and vanilla sugar. When it is thoroughly stirred together, solidify with water.
Grease the warm icing over the cake. Sprinkle the coconut over the icing before it is stiffened, so that the coconut flour gets stuck.
