1 | tsp | Salt |
120 | g | Grahams |
2 | dl | Cottage cheese or a38 naturel |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
3 | tbsp | Water |
300 | g | Finely grated raw and peeled beetroot |
4 | dl | Boiling water |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Delicious and full-bodied bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grahamsmelet is placed in a dough bowl and poured over 4 dl of boiling water, this is stirred to a lot. A large lid is laid over and the flour draws 15 min. Oil, honey, salt and cottage cheese / A38 are mixed in the graham mass. Spread the yeast into 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl and mix well with the mass. Now split the dough into 2 bowls. One dough is stirred with beetroot. The dough is kneaded separately with wheat flour until the dough is still slightly loose but not sticky. The dough raises under a tea pot for 45 minutes. Now split each dough into four parts. Two white and two red doughs are put together and formed into a round bread. The dough must go into each other, and then the bread will have a nice cut. Place the loaves on a baking sheet with baking paper. Replies 30 min. Bake at 225ยบ for approx. 40 min. The loaves are cooled or placed in plastic bags.
