Instructions for Deep fried chicken with soy sauce
To prepare the Deep fried chicken with soy sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the chicken meat into large cubes. Whisk the juice from a lemon, soy sauce and vinegar together and pour the marinade over the meat. Let the meat pull in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Then allow it to drain and save the rest of the marinade for sauce.
Whisk eggs, wheat flour and maizenamel together into a thick dough and flip the meat in it. Deep fry the pieces of meat in the ample, hot oil until they are light brown and crispy.
