Ingredients for Decemberkage
1 | tsp | Cinnamon, ground |
100 | g | Almonds, peeled |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
375 | g | Wheat flour |
500 | g | Butter |
8 | Eggs |
Instructions for Decemberkage
To prepare the Decemberkage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend almonds or chop them with a knife. Stir in the softened butter well with sugar. Add the egg yolks one at a time. Stir in flour and almonds into dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff and turn them into the dough, if desired. by 2 times. Pour batter into a greased baking dish (23x33 cm).
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over the cake.
Bake the cake at the bottom of the oven. CA. 40 minutes at 175 degrees c. alm. oven.
Cut the cake by serving in thin slices.
Tips:
The cake is suitable for freezing.
