Instructions for Currykalkun
To prepare the Currykalkun recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean all the vegetables, cut the onion very finely. The carrots into small cubes, mini corn in tilted 2-3 cm pieces, the red pepper also in small cubes, mushrooms, then split in half.
Take a good frying pan, approx. 1 dl came really good oil in, when the oil is hot, you start with the onion, fry them off just as they take color, add the curry powder to taste, let it shower by. Add the fine strimlede Turkey, roast it by 1-2 min.
