1.75 | dl | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Currants |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
Instructions for Cucumber cake with grahamsmel
To prepare the Cucumber cake with grahamsmel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and let it cool. Whip egg and sugar white and airy, approx. 5 minutes and pour the melted grease in.
Add baking soda, grahamsmel and wheat flour. Boil the water and stir in the dough with vanilla sugar and currants.
Grease an edge shape and sprinkle it with rasp or grahamsmel. Pour the dough into the mold and bag the cake at 175 degrees for approx. 40 minutes until it has a nice color.
Turn the cake on a grate after a few minutes and let it cool under a cloth before it is served.
tips:
If you want to vary the taste setting you can add ½ dl. Chopped almonds or chopped nuts to the dough.
