1 | dl | Beer |
2 | dl | Milk |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Crispy pancakes
To prepare the Crispy pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
stir in eggs, oatmeal, canola oil, beer, salt and flour together (whisk through even though the dough is very tough to get the nuggets out). then add the milk (a little at a time).
Set the dough in køleskabeti 30 min.
Fry them in the pan with a bit of canola oil. Good pleasure.
Tips:
beer gives a nice crispness to the pancakes!!
