Instructions for Crepe India

To prepare the Crepe India recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pancakes: Mix flour with egg and beer and add butter
And finally the milk. Bake on a hot forehead without the need for grease.

Filling: A rather thick sauce is made of chopped onions and an apple cut into cubes is swirled in a little fat, when golden, curry is added and it is shaken well without burning. Water or soup is added and the whole boils for approx. 10 min. Sprinkle the sauce with a butter bowl and add salt and tomato sauce. Then add coarsely chopped egg chopped dill.
On each pancake put a spoonful of the filling and the pancakes rolled together, put on an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is golden.
