Instructions for Creme Brulee (the easy way!)
To prepare the Creme Brulee (the easy way!) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in egg yolks, sugar and vanilla cereal with a spoon. Then stir in cream and milk into egg mixture. Term mixture and advantage the in 4 ovnfaste bowls (a ca. 2 dl). Style the bowls on a baking sheet and behind them in the midst of the furnace, at 120 c in 35-40 mine, to the cream has set for itself. Style crème bruleérne in the fridge for at least 3 hours-without having to cover them. Then sprinkle with sugar and burn with a gas burner to the sugar is melted. serve immediately:)
Tips:
Note the cream may not begin and boiling when the bake. It must have a smooth a smooth surface. Instead of a gas burner, you can ask the bowls with Crème bruleé in an ice-cold water bath-like with ice cubes. Sprinkle with sugar and grill them at the top of the oven to the sugar just melted and browned-keep a close eye, for suddenly going strong. Take them out and serve immediately.
