Eggs and milk are whipped together. Flour, salt, sugar and grated lemon peel are added during whipping. The pancake dough rests 1 hour. The butter is melted and mixed in the dough just before cooking. The pancakes are golden brown. When they are cold they are put together with whipped cream and berries.
