To prepare the Cream baked cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the cabbage along and cook it barely tenderly in salted water. Let the cabbage drip into a sieve and squeeze further with the back of a spoon. Put the cabbage in an ovenproof dish and season with peppers, salt and pepper.
Brown the fat and season with garlic. Drip over the cabbage. Whip the cream stiff and place it on top of the cabbage. Put the dish in the oven on the grill, until the top begins to golden. Serve the cabbage freshly prepared for smoked ham or fried meat.
